I lived in Ankara with my family for six years, and loved cezerye. Although I cook many other Turkish foods, I hadn't run across a recipe for cezerye. It's in the fridge right now, so we'll see how it turns out. Here in NW Missouri, there aren't many Turks, and the closest Turkish restaurant is over an hour away.
